Terms of Service

Welcome to InvoSnap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InvoSnap website at invosnap.app and the related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by InvoSnap ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Description of the Service

InvoSnap provides AI-powered tools to extract structured data from invoice documents that you upload. Output includes vendor information, invoice numbers, line items, totals, and tax amounts. The Service may evolve over time and we may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its underlying APIs;
• Use the Service to process documents you do not have the right to process, including documents containing personal data of third parties without lawful basis;
• Attempt to disrupt or impair the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account workspace; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by InvoSnap and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of any documents you upload and of the data extracted from them. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. AI output disclaimer

The Service uses third-party large language models to extract data. AI output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it for accounting, tax, or other business decisions. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may cause us legal liability or disrupt others' use. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InvoSnap is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
